Through its sister company Animal
Genetics, Inc., Avian Biotech is offering DNA testing for
horses. Services including testing for certain inherited diseases
and a number of tests useful for color coat prediction.

Grey testing is $45 per sample,
HERDA and HYPP are $30 each. All other color and pattern
tests are $25 each.
Results are usually available within
2 to 4 days after receipt for all equine tests. We will e-mail results
at request and a certificate is always sent a few days after we
obtain the results. Results are also available online at the Animal
Genetics web site.
